Refund Policy

Frames: Unfortunately after the frames have been completed they cannot be refunded due to the personalisation. I do replace anything that has days been received that is faulty, we must receive confirmation of any fauly item within 24 hours. 

Clothing: Personalised items of clothing cannot be refunded due to the made to order nature, unless faulty. Any faulty items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

Within reason we can exchange/refund non personalised items 

All clothing should be returned unworn and unwashed

****Please check sizing upon ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified later.****

Any refunds will be processed by the original payment method only. Card transactions can take 5-7 working days depending on your bank
